In 2002, MCA Solutions was incorporated with the goal of taking its advanced algorithm-based solutions from the realm of research halls and specialized consulting, to the commercial enterprise software market. Derived from the life’s work of Dr. Morris Cohen of the Wharton Business School, a highly recognized thought leader in service supply chain optimization, the company’s solutions promised to dramatically improve the service performance for companies in a variety of industries.
While the company was working tirelessly to productize their solutions, they recognized that a powerful brand and concise messaging would be key to establishing a new class of enterprise solution to the marketplace.

Having quickly absorbed the technical subject matter and associated business benefits that it afforded, Vovéo went to town creating the critical communication assets necessary to successfully launch MCA. Not shying away from the fact that MCA was a new company, Vovéo launched a landmark messaging campaign, “From the Classroom…to the Boardroom” which leveraged MCA’s deep intellectual credentials and effectively conveyed its relevance to the corporate bottom line.
Results - Certified Success
Following a successful launch of its new identity to the marketplace, and the addition of a handful of large initial customers, MCA quickly gained recognition as a leader within their space. In 2006 alone, MCA’s customer base increased by over 50%, and the company earned standout recognition as an SAP-Certified partner. In addition, MCA has expanded their footprint within their existing customer base, enhanced their product line and become a global solutions company.
MCA has continued to engage Vovéo as its agency of record and an extension of their marketing team, has won many awards, and has steadily grown in industry and analyst recognition. Over the years, we have delivered everything from web sites to e-newsletters to demand creation activities.
